教育方法の実践例"Global Negotiation Skills" MBA in Globalization(Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business)2011 July~
Negotiation is part of our daily life. We all negotiate with our family members, friends, colleagues, and business partners regularly. This can prove challenging at times, even in a domestic environment. In a global environment, when negotiators are from diverse cultures, they often rely on quite different assumptions about social interactions, economic interests and political realities. This adds a level of complexity to the concept of negotiation. Nonetheless, to succeed in today`s globalization it is critical that you master the ability to negotiate across cultural boundaries. This course identifies what makes an effective negotiator both in a local and global environment.

The course concludes with Phase 4 introducing other miscellaneous negotiation situations and stressing the importance of proper follow-ups
