| 教育方法の実践例 | (1)長野大学における教養科目の必修科目として経済学概論、ミクロ経済学およびマクロ経済学を担当。 (２)長野大学における公務員試験専門試験対策講座としてミクロ経済学およびマクロ経済学を担当 （３）本学におけるオンデマンド講義の開発： 講義へのアバター導入、アバターと教員の対談形式による講義導入、教員による３Dアバターを通じた講義。日本語字幕導入による講義の実践。イメージマスク（PPT内での教員の顔の挿入）を活用した講義。 （４）本学における教育効果分析（IR担当） ３ポリシーの関連性チェックや各ポリシーの達成度の確認方法の確立。卒業時の能力測定手法の確立。 企業がMBAに求める科目ニーズの確認。MBA学生にとって科目別に教育効果の高い属性の確認。学生別獲得スキルの測定を通じた学生の強み・弱みの測定方法の確立に従事。 （５）本学における経済理論・マネジメント基礎・財務会計・経営組織論・企業のガバナンスと倫理・統計学の担当経験を有する。 （６）東京外国語大学におけるキャリアデザイン科目担当（グローバル人材育成を目的として、グローバル企業で活躍する講師招待によるオムニバス授業） |
